Careers

HVAC careers where you’re paid for good work, not for selling.

At a lot of HVAC companies, the technician’s paycheck depends on how much equipment they sell. Here, bonuses are based on performance. We’re not hiring for a specific role right now, but if that sounds like how you want to work, we’d still like to hear from you.

How we pay

Bonused on performance, not on sales.

In much of the HVAC industry, technicians earn commission on what they sell. That puts every service call under pressure: a repair pays less than a replacement, so the incentive is to find a reason to replace. Plenty of good technicians hate working that way.

We don’t run the company like that. Bonuses here are based on doing the work right, not on how much equipment you sell. If a system can be repaired, your job is to repair it properly and tell the customer the truth.

It’s a better way to treat customers. It’s also a better way to do the job.

The work

More kinds of systems than most technicians ever see.

A wide range of work. If you want to get good at more than swapping condensers, there’s a lot to learn here.

  • Residential service and repair

AC, heat pumps, furnaces, and mini splits on every major brand.

  • Installation

Load-calculated replacements, installed and verified properly.

  • Ductwork

Crawlspace and attic duct design, fabrication, and installation. It’s half our name.

  • Specialty systems

Geothermal, oil heat, boilers, radiators, and Apollo systems.

  • Commercial

Rooftop units, kitchen hoods, VAV, and maintenance programs for businesses.

  • Gas work

Gas piping and connections under the company’s Master Gas Fitter license.

What we look for

The kind of technician who does well here.

  1. You’d rather fix it than sell it.

If your instinct is to find the real problem and repair it, you’ll fit right in.

  2. You find the cause, not just the broken part.

A capacitor that keeps failing is a symptom. We want people who keep looking until they find out why.

  3. You can explain it plainly.

Customers make better decisions when someone tells them what’s wrong in plain English. That’s part of the job here.

  4. You take pride in clean work.

Neat line sets, sealed duct, a crawlspace left better than you found it. Quality is the company’s first priority.

  5. You want to keep learning.

Between residential, commercial, and specialty systems, there’s always something new.

Hiring

Not hiring for a specific role, but always looking.

We don’t have an open position posted right now. We don’t hire on a schedule. We hire when the right person comes along.

If you do good work and you’re tired of being paid to sell instead of fix, send us your information. We keep every submission, and when a spot opens up, we start with the people who reached out first.

Who we hire

  • Service technicians
  • Installation technicians
  • Ductwork installers and fabricators
  • Commercial HVAC technicians
  • Apprentices and helpers
  • Office and customer service staff

Good technicians are hard to find.

If you’re one of them, we’d rather hear from you now than miss you later. It takes two minutes, and no resume is required.
